Spring is just around the corner, and what better way to welcome it than by taking charge of your health and well-being. This March, we invite you to scan your way to success by participating in our March into Wellness BodyScript™ Challenge. Three winners will be chosen for a special prize on Tuesday, April 2.

What is a BodyScript™ scan?
Think of it as a sneak peek into your body’s inner workings. This advanced technology uses near-infrared light to analyze your body composition, revealing key metrics like muscle mass, body fat percentage, and even your metabolic rate. It’s like having a personalized blueprint for your health, highlighting areas for improvement and areas to celebrate. Scans take less than 10 seconds. You are not required to remove your shoes or socks. There are no meal or beverage restrictions, and you can scan at any time during fitness center hours. How to participate:

1. Sign up at the Member Service desk.
2. Download the fitness center mobile app.
3. Use the Fitness Assessment tile to complete one scan per week.
4. Each scan will equal one entry into our prize drawing for the following:

Grand Prize: One free month of membership dues
Second Prize: Five free guest passes
Third Prize: Five free guest passes

During the scan, our fitness specialists will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you interpret your results. Every weekly scan is a mini victory, marking your progress and bringing you closer to your goals. You’ll gain valuable insights into your unique health profile and discover areas for improvement. This knowledge empowers you to make informed decisions about your fitness and nutrition routine. The insights from your BodyScript™ scan can be translated into personalized recommendations and guidance from our experts, helping you craft a fitness plan that’s perfect for you.

Participants must be an active member. Entry is limited to once per week during the promotion period from March 1 to March 31, 2024. Winners will be selected and contacted by April 2, 2024.
