Class includes a cardio warm up, floor barre, and standing barre, all with strengthening and stretching to condition the body for basic ballet. Learn how to use your muscles in a way to improve posture, lengthen the limbs, and Increase agility through this classic art form. Ballet attire is welcome, but not necessary. Registration is required for this ballet program. Floor & Barre fee is $100 member / $115 nonmember for the session.
