Reserve space at the NFFC

The NFFC has a number of spaces available for reservation including: multipurpose rooms, 2 court gymnasium (basketball, volleyball, etc), pool, fitness studio, and indoor track.  Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a NFFC staff member to clarify details, confirm availability, and determine the next steps.  Submitting a request does not guarantee the space is available or confirm a reservation.  Our goal is to provide the opportunity to use spaces within the NFFC while limiting the impact that reservations may have on our member experience.  Rental opportunities outside of the normal operating hours of the NFFC are available and encouraged.

In general, these are the steps to reserving space at the NFFC:

• Complete the facility reservation request form
• Meet with center staff to clarify event needs
• Sign facility reservation agreement form/contract
• Pay reservation deposit (if applicable)
• If necessary, complete final facility walkthrough to clarify additional information
• Complete all final documents and final payment for event – 48 hours prior to event
  • Fully executed contract
  • Participant list (if applicable)
  • Setup needs
